Where do I meet the bus in New York?
In New York the pickup location is subject to conditions on ground. It is generally best to go to the front of Pastis Restaurant at 9 9th Street and look toward the Gansevoort Hotel or down Little West 12th St toward Gansevoort St. You will see the bus near one of those two spots.

How can I buy parking passes for the India Road stop?
By buying both legs of your trip in the same purchase, you will be offered parking passes for $3.00 per day.

What if I can't use a ticket I bought?
No problem – as long as you know at least two hours before your bus is due to depart, call us at 434-295-0782, email us at admin@nycshuttle.com or fax us at 434-979-4353 with your ticket number and you will get a 100% refund. All calls, emails and faxes are time stamped. If you used a credit card, we will issue a credit card refund within 3 days. If you paid cash, we will mail a check within 3 days. If you paid any other way, we will mail a check 7 days after your payment clears the bank.

What if I don't know that soon or forget to call?
Big problem – you only get 25% back if you call anytime from two hours before departure to 30 days after departure.

But what If I have been in the wilderness, feeding the hungry, for the last 31 days and couldn't call?
Sorry, we spent all of your money feeding our own hungry staff.

Can I get a refund at the bus?
No. All refunds are handled through the office.

The bus was late. Am I entitled to a refund?
No. All departure and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

I qualify for a discount, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. May I receive a refund?
Yes. Cancel the ticket and get a refund (as long as it's at least 2 hours before departure) and buy another ticket.
